Apparently North Korea has agreed to disable its main nuclear reactor.

I also heard on the news last night that the US is willing to make a deal with North Korea, roughly:

“You disable all your nuclear weapons and we’ll remove you from the ‘states sponsoring terrorism’ list”

So if you have nuclear weapons you’re a state sponsoring terrorism?

Don’t the US, Britian, France and handful of other countries have nuclear weapons?

Are they all ‘states sponsoring terrorism’ too?
