In the world we inhabit, truly silent places are very hard to find -- in the middle of Thetford Forest springs to mind -- so it&#039;s often necessary to find the silence within one&#039;s self. The problem is to turn off the voice inside one&#039;s head, but it is possible with practice. At least that&#039;s been my experience.
